We provide culturally informed property management grounded in accountability, care and community connection.
Property management with purpose
Birribee manages properties across metropolitan and regional New South Wales. Our approach focuses on:

- Clear communication with property owners
- Strong governance and risk management
- Long-term sustainability of housing assets
We work closely with partners, including Local Aboriginal Land Councils and government agencies, to ensure properties are well managed and community needs are reflected.
Streamline Your Property Management Process
Our Property Management services are designed to help you report any identified maintenance requirements in addition to items we identify through routine property inspections.
Maintenance items can be reported to your tenancy officer, or by contacting our office on 1800 247 742. This includes after hours reporting of critical repair items.
We are currently working to bring you an app that will include maintenance request capability.
Property Inspections
Through a regime of property inspections we are able to assess properties and plan for maintenance works that will improve the livability and extend lifecyle. This is critical to ensuring older stock is retained and tenants within these households have positive experiences.
Cyclical Maintenance
We ensure all households have working smoke alarms that are checked annually. If your smoke alarm is not currently working and you need assistance please contact Birribee.
