Birribee joins Home Sweet fundraiser to help end homelessness

Birribee is joining its allies in the effort to address homelessness in Western Sydney by participating in the Home Sweet fundraiser. Staff will be braving the cold with a winter sleepover in Penrith. Homelessness Accreditation

Since 2024 Birribee has been supporting Aboriginal people in Western Sydney who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. Intensive case management combined with linkages to other services has seen many vulnerable clients supported to secure and retain housing. Birribee has participated in the Australian Service Excellence Standards for homelessness and is now accredited.
