We are proud of the richness of our workforce which includes many Aboriginal people… Alongside the focus on Aboriginality within the workforce there are other areas of diverse characteristics that further enhances Birribee’s ability to engage with our clients who also have other diverse characteristics. Birribee must be a workplace that provides an environment that reduces stigma and limitations and embraces diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels of the organisation.
